½# Asiago Cheese
1# Cream Cheese
4 oz. Butter (1 stick)
½# Parmesan Cheese
In a sauce pan, slowly heat the Butter and Cream Cheese until slightly melted. Add in Parmesan Cheese and Asiago Cheese. Let melt and add in Fontina Cheese. Blend to a smooth consistency.
