1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1/4 lb. Prosciutto Ham, Diced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
4 Cups Plum Tomatoes
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
Saute Onions, Garlic and Prosciutto in Olive Oil and Butter until onions are golden. Add Ground Beef. Cook until browned. Add Mushrooms, Plum Tomatoes and Tomato Paste. Simmer for 2 hours, until thickened.
