Currently, we manufacture an assortment of gourmet raviolis in a variety of shapes, colors, flavors, and spices. Raviolis are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and packaged to hold several months when properly stored in your freezer. Most raviolis are precooked requiring a cooking time that’s easily prepared in minutes. Cooking instructions are marked on each product for easy preparation. Raviolis can be used deep fried as an appetizer, an entree, or specialty dessert.
